The first time I used Ron was for a birthday party. The food was SUPERB. The people he has working with him are incredibly nice and professional. I recommended him to many people who have used him and were extremely satisfied. I called Ron two days before a small dinner party that I was hosting. In such a short notice he pulled off an incredible seafood paella, rice, salad and a stuffed tilapia dinner. The food was beyond good!!!! and my small dinner party was a huge success because of Ron!!!

I've known Ron for over twenty years and he's made dishes for several parties I've had and they've all gone off with a bang. Additionally, I can testify that Ron is a nut for detail and perfection. He'll do a great event for you making sure that everything is exactly to your liking.

We had Ron cater our wedding in June with 125 guests. We were so pleased with the food, presentation, and service. We were so glad that we didn't go with a "chain" catering company, there's no doubt that they couldn't deliver what Ron did. We still get so many compliments about the food at our wedding and that was months ago. He even came to our house for a tasting and that was one of the best eating experiences ever (besides the wedding of course). The ingredients that he uses are so clever, creative, and they taste amazing. He is a rare find in the world of catering. We highly recommend him for ANY occassion. Thanks again Ron!

The food has a very nice presentation to it, and it tastes wonderful. The team that Ron brought with him on our wedding date is very professional and deligent. They worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly. In addition, Ron made himself very available to answer all my questions prior to the wedding including designing and printing out a beautiful wedding menu for all the guests and the specific napkin folder that I had asked him to do for our wedding.
